Brazos Valley Water Alliance, L.P.
BVWA has groundwater extraction rights on approximately 150,000 surface acres over the Carrizo-Wilcox Aquifer in Central Texas. BVWA is actively marketing that groundwater to major users in Texas to provide a very pure, renewable source of water for future generations of Texas. A Cienda affiliate provided capital to the BVWA in 2005 to continue to development of the alliance, and Charlie McBride serves on the Board of Managers.
