403 S. Haskell, Dallas Haskell Property Partners, a Cienda entity, owns a 167,250 square foot site located on S. Haskell Avenue just northwest of I-30 and Fair Park. The site is adjacent to the planned East Dallas Veloway hike and bike trail and is within blocks of the future DART Fair Park station. The property contains 3 fully-leased light industrial buildings with a total rentable square footage of 90,382.

Goat Hill Property 3305 and 3333 Harry Hines In 2004, Cienda Partners acquired a family-owned business that owned, among other assets, one of the most prominent sites in Dallas. The 5-acre Goat Hill site sits on the north side of the Victory development, with dramatic 360-degree views and direct proximity to the hottest areas of the City (Victory, Uptown and Oak Lawn). The site, well known for the iconic “waterfall billboard”, is a great urban development property offering a unique park-like feel and direct access to the Katy and Old Trinity Trails. It is truly a one-of-a-kind acquisition and one that is a hallmark of the Cienda philosophy. Goat Hill was sold in September 2007.

6800 Preston This property is situated on 6.8 acres at the northeast corner of Preston Road and Tennyson Parkway in Plano’s “Gold Corridor”. A Cienda principal, along with other partners, acquired this vacant medical property from an institutional owner at a fraction of replacement cost. Upon closing of the asset, a new 10-year, fully net lease was executed with a national hospital for the entire property.

800 Kirnwood This property is situated directly behind Charlton Methodist Hospital in DeSoto, Texas. A Cienda principal acquired this asset vacant, and scoured the market for a quality tenant. Within six months of closing, the hospital was leased to a national hospital enterprise on a long term, triple net basis.
