James Feild
Senior Vice President
James Field serves as Cienda’s Senior Vice President and has 42 years of financial and real estate experience.
Prior to joining Cienda, James was President of Banc of America Community Development Corporation where he was responsible for its national for-profit public purpose real estate development company that produced 1,000 – 1,200 affordable mixed-income units per year. James played a leading role in closing over $4 billion of LIHTC investments and more than $2B in community development debt originations.
James holds a Bachelor degree in Business with a focus in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. James is the former Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Affordable Workforce Housing Council, Chairman of the Raza Development Fund Board and a member of the Community Development Trust Board.
