Joe Bentley
Chief Financial Officer
Joe Bentley has served as Cienda’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer since the company’s founding and has over 35 years of financial and real estate experience. During his career, Joe has helped develop, manage, and re-position over 2.8 million square feet of office, industrial, and multi-family properties and has secured over $900 million of debt and equity from both private equity firms and major financial institutions.
Prior to Cienda, Joe held managerial and officer positions with Crow Holdings’ affiliates overseeing major projects, including the development and management of the Infomart, the redevelopment of the historic Los Angeles Post Office, and an office park in Houston.
Joe began his career with the Houston and Birmingham offices of Ernst & Young, where he rose to Manager before leaving to co-found a San Antonio software company.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Alabama.
