Mary Salazar

Vice President of Asset Management

Mary Salazar serves as a Vice President of Asset Management for Cienda as well as underwriting acquisitions, analyzing dispositions, partnership structures, and other asset management functions.

Prior to joining Cienda, Mary served as a Vice President at Markit (formerly JP Morgan) where she developed and managed client relationships of $12 billion AUM and advised clients on syndicated, private and distressed loan portfolios, as well as with their alternative and structured products.

Mary also worked for Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst as a partner accountant. In this role, she was responsible for all accounting and private wealth management functions for one of the founding partners.

Mary began her career in the accounting services division of Montgomery Baggett & Drews LLP, where she provided consulting and accounting services to clients from various industries.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Oakland University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Mary also served in the United States Army Reserves.
