Matt Gillen
Vice President of Acquisitions
Matt Gillen serves as Cienda Vice President of Acquisitions. Matt is responsible for organizing deal sourcing, underwriting acquisitions, and evaluating partnership structures. Matt brings 5 years of diverse real estate acquisition, management, and investment experience in a variety of real estate asset types, including multi-family, retail, land development, hotel, and industrial projects. Since joining Cienda, Matt has been involved in excess of $100 million in closed transaction volumes across asset types in Dallas, Houston, and Santa Fe, as well as leading some of Cienda’s development opportunities.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southwestern University. Matt serves on various committees for TREC Dallas and is an active member of Uptown Dallas Inc.
