A Gateway to Oak Cliff

So much hard work has gone into crafting a crucial plan called the Oak Cliff Gateway. Now, after years of healthy debate, the Dallas City Council, led by council member Scott Griggs, has passed the plan. It’s terrific news for a part of Dallas that has been blooming in the last decade. The gateway is composed of an area roughly bounded by Interstate 30 on the north, Interstate 35E on the east down to Marsalis Avenue and Beckley Avenue on the west down to Eighth Street. What will it do? It will ease zoning to help bring new, urban life to the bones of old north Oak Cliff. Griggs deserves enormous credit for steering this difficult effort through many competing demands. All we can say now is, have a look, investors. Oak Cliff is ready to make you money.
