Las Campanas Land Holdings Developer Update

Las Campanas Land Holdings, LLC (LCLH) completed a sale to Pulte Homes of New Mexico, Inc. (Pulte Homes) of 24 undeveloped lots in the Phase 3A section of Las Terrazas in Las Campanas.

As part of the acquisition, Pulte Homes has been designated a village builder in Las Terrazas.  Shortly, Pulte Homes will begin grading Phases 3A and 3B and will then construct the roads and install utilities for Phase 3A.  Pulte Homes has also purchased four additional lots (lots 22-25) in Phase 2 of Las Terrazas and will begin construction of a model home there in November.

Land Development activities for Phase One of the project will begin in early September and are expected to be complete by the end of the year.  Pulte plans begin home sales in early 2017.

Construction traffic will enter the project from Camino La Tierra.  Additionally, there will be no road connection from Wildhorse Drive to Las Terrazas.  Upon completion, there will be a locked fire gate at the end of the Wildhorse Drive to comply with fire code.

Pulte will introduce its consumer tested product offering, which includes four highly amenitized, energy efficient single story floor plans ranging from 2,700 to 3,900 square feet, with large master bedrooms, three car garages, generous storage space and an emphasis on indoor/outdoor living.

“In keeping with the luxurious lifestyle and robust amenities afforded by Las Campanas, we’re offering beautiful designs that are proven and tested with consumers and which fulfill the needs and desires of our buyers — particularly empty nesters and retirees — at an affordable price,” said Jay Gillilan, president of PulteGroup’s New Mexico Division.

The new homes will be complementary to the current Las Terrazas homes, which have sold for an average price of $715,000 in 2016.  LCLH has a Developer Design and Review Committee that includes four members (including two architects) of the LCOA Design and Review Committee and a Las Terrazas resident, which will ensure that the new homes will be constructed to meet or exceed building standards and regulations of the LCOA.  For more information on the homes, please contact Las Campanas Realty.

We are very excited to be working with Pulte Homes in our community and to see Las Campanas growing again.  We are impressed with the quality of the homes they plan to build and believe they will be a great addition to our community.  They are very committed to Las Campanas and we look forward to working with them.
