Team Midtown, Led by Cienda Partners and KDC, Named Master Developer by City of Santa Fe Midtown District

Team Midtown, Which Includes 17 Local Partners, Signed Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with City

SANTA FE, New Mexico – (May 5, 2020) – Team Midtown, led by Cienda Partners and KDC, was named master developer and signed the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with the City of Santa Fe to develop the 65-acre Santa Fe Midtown District. The team includes a variety of 17 local partners.

“We are honored to be named the master developer and given the exclusive right to negotiate with the City of Santa Fe to develop the Midtown Campus,” said James Feild, Principal with Cienda Partners. “We are excited to hear from the community during the town hall meeting on May 12 as well as other meet the developer opportunities, and we look forward to working together on this great development for the City of Santa Fe.”

Local developer, Cienda Partners, and national developer, KDC, bring a combined 50 years of master development experience to the Midtown Project, including extensive work with municipalities of all sizes, public agencies, and corporate clients.
