The Southern Gateway Public Green Foundation has designed and is raising the capital to build the $170M deck Park across Interstate 35, reconnecting two historic neighborhoods separated by a 1960 federal highway project by creating an important new public park and green space adjacent to the Dallas Zoo opening 2023.
